you can check out some other male rubbish belly dancing on youtube where dancers move exactly like women not aware of the physical differences. in my opinion, i believe that Jamil is the best belly dancer i've ever seen. i just love him!

Can you elaborate on why you consider Jamil to be a dancer of professional quality? I agree that to say he is not a real dancer is completely unfair because I believe that real dancers are born with the real dancing in their souls and bodies. He is indeed a real dancer. However, as a dancer of 34 years and a teacher for 32, I see him as a dancer with a great deal of potential. He could be fantastic after some good classes and more experience in the dance, but he is not yet a professional quality belly dancer when he is side by side with many others. He might be a great shaabi dancer. There really is a difference between professional dance and amateur dance. And.... there is much more to belly dancing than just shaking your body. If you are a dancer, then you know this to be true. If you are not, then it might not be so obvious.
