In Greece we also believe that there is "bad eye" and I am sure the flooding had to do with it (yes, I am the talk of the town, because there is no other studio like mine here in our area. I wanted to create something very special and I did). But I had an expert cleaning the energies in the place and I convinced the owner of the building to change the water pipe, which was quite old, so I think that this problem is solved
