I think I'd just be conscious of what classes you take for example last year I took backbends with Rachel Brice which had a smaller number of participents. Now if you've never done yoga before, with all the good will in the world there is no way she can be watching everyone to make adjustments, if you have some previous experience you're likely to get more out of it IMHO.

Please don't be put off. I had a good time last year AND I enjoyed the Congress.

And while we're about it what's with those ladies who come to class dressed
in full tribal gear?
Lol, well I don't know-maybe they're trying to break in new costume pieces? They want to stand out so the teacher definitely notices them?
I am definitely going to enjoy the festival, so I'll just have to have faith that all will be well and I won't get swallowed into a sea of rampant belly dancers!
