remember dancing is a sport,it depends aswell on teacher and the style you practise,i dont take any students that are pregnant because i focus aswell on cardio and my classes are upbeat and you have to work hard,but some other teachers are much more slow and gentle,so be senseable and be carefull....its the same, i dont think going jogging is good when pregnant...so are many other sports not soothable...just be carefull...also some people are having easy pregnand months ,others not..everybody is differant.....Lydia
