The short answer is yes, you're quite safe. The most that could happen is in the last three months of pregnancy you may find your ligaments around your pelvis relax and you may get some back pain, also the weight of the baby alters your posture slightly, so you may find it more difficult to achieve a neutral pelvic tilt, but otherwise it's fine! Actually it's probably helpful as the muscles around the torso and pelvis are stronger and more flexible as a result of the exercise.
