Awww Mosaic,
I am also battling the large breast dilemna. I just noticed you are Australian? Perhaps your insurance pays for reductions? My insurance does pay. The backbone is the groves that the bra straps leaves on your shoulders and from having backpain. I have heard it is a painful surgery and a long recovery. I have also heard "RUMORS" of mishaps during surgery. One such is a doctor did not reattach a nipple, causing the nipple to have to be removed. That kinda scares me a bit. I would imagine the trick to feeling secure about such a surgery is having the best doctor. Good luck to you and keep on trying

Hugs.
