Let us see the big picture for this forum! LOL
I am concerned about the state of my body at the moment.... not that much about the weight per se but the general lack of energy and flabby muscules... I think I need to shape up a bit, and after all weight is just a number....
Some want to gain weight some want to lose, but all we actually want is be comfortable in own body and be healthy of course....
So your turn!
