That grape salad recipe sounds crazy to me! I shall have to make it to try something completely new. I would never think of putting those things together.

For tea tonight, as it's pancake day, we had broccolli and leek pancakes.

Make some pancakes (there must be a recipe online somewhere if you don't know how)
Make a white sauce (again there must be a recipe on line if you don't know how)
(In fact in the UK you can buy mixes for both those things if they are too daunting)

Chop 1 onion, 1 leek, and some broccolli. All pretty small.
Heat some oil, start frying onion, then add leek and broccolli. Turn heat down low and simmer for about 10 mins (until all softish)
Add a little bit of veg boullion and a couple of spoons of the white sauce. Use a hand blender to blend the veg a bit. I left mine still with a bit of texture.
Divide the veg mix between the pancakes, put a bit in each and roll up.
Line them up in an oven proof dish.
Pour white sauce over.
Chuck some mozerella on top
Bung in oven for about 20-30 mins gas mark 6 ish.
Yum!
