charity i'm not new to exercise - i used to train twice a day with a personal trainer for about 3 years since i was 16. i'm perfectly aware of how to warm up and cool down properly.
Aside from dancing a minimum of 8 hours a week i also do an hour of cardio 3 or 4 times a week. consistently. I don't walk directly into the shower either, i usually wait 15 to 20 minutes before i do that regardless of the fact that i generally would like to.
that has more to do with the fact that i live in a climate that is almost consistently 34 degrees celcius without considering the humidity and UV index that make it feel hotter than that.
As i said previously, this isn't something that typically happens. before this it only happened once, a long while ago. I was just curious as to what might have caused it so i can prevent it from happening again.
