i agree about seeing the doctor. its so hard to say what it could be because i dont know your routine.

if you drink water all day and then workout and follow the workout with TEA...then get sick- wait longer before having that tea.

replacing electrolytes is vital.

do you work out consistently or do you binge exercise? because binge exercising can produce the same (sicklY) results, its very unhealthy, creates more stress to the body than it does good. doing cardio without easing into it, or warming up gradually will also get your stomach tied in knots.

if you finish up cardio and then hop directly into the shower, i mean thats the first thing a trainer will tell you. your body temp, blood flow, metabolism, all that changes when you are exercising, if you are jumping into the shower you are causing rapid changes, too rapid changes, there is no recovery, its like somebody waking you up abruptly by throwing ice water in your face. its a jolt your body does not need. its very unhealthy to cool down so rapidly.

if you are so hot you have to jump in the shower immediately after, it really makes me think you arent warming up or cooling down properly.

i dont know. sounds like you need to slow down, start all over with your exercise regimen because it just doesnt sound healthy. dont do it just to say well i did my hour for the day, then plop down on the couch with a cup of tea after a cold shower. damn...that will do it.
