To make a jpeg smaller you may need to use a picture programme - I use photoshop, but you can use picasa which is FREE!! and you tell it to resize and give it the dimensions you want. I can't remember whether it's pixel width on here, or inches/centimetres, but whatever you just tell the programme the width and they usually adjust the height to match.
What gorgeous detailing on this - I love the drape on the top, and it's not quite so revealing as a full-on bedlah. Yummy colour too!
And I am sooooo jealous of your hair - so long! I'm just growing mine again and it's only just past my shoulders...
