Are you saying that my "water weight" goes up when I lower my water intake below optimum levels? That's pretty interesting. I knew that water weight can fluctuate and that salt and diet have some kind of impact on it, but not much more.
I'm working on my strength training program now (ow, ow, ow, but hurts oooohhhh sooooo gooooddddd *grin*) and drinking lots of water to compensate for the sweating, but it's quite possible that the week before the showcase, I missed my water intake mark, maybe even by a large percentage.
