Maybe it helps if you do not only check your posture during dancing, but also during everyday life. Maybe you're sitting/standing the wrong way normally and do you feel it extra while dancing because then you use more back muscles? (I'm not sure of this, though)
Are you doing back bends during dancing? My yoga teacher told us that it's important that when doing a back bend, you have to make your back "spherical" afterwards (so bend the other way, I don't know how to call it in English)
