Amirah, it depends on what kind of back pain you have, if Dr don't find nothing wrong try the following, go to the garden area of a Dept store, buy a 25 or 20 Lbs of garden rocks, put then in a back pack secure it to your back, and lie down ( face toward the ground ) in this position; do the butterfly, the hummingbird,and the Bee with your arms, another good one is to swim.
