I noticed that no one brought up going to a podiatrist. I cant remember where it is you live, but I am certain that your normal GP can give you a referral to one. A podiatrist does nothing but feet and all of the things that go with them. Also, you may want to put in a quick call to a larger dance company and ask who they use, since that person will be more familiar with all of the glorious things that dancers do to their feet, and the particular toll it takes. With regards to your asthma issue, I'll have to go back and find what meds you are taking, I think I have an idea.
