I think you can look incredibly elegant and graceful no matter what size and shape you are, as long as you feel the music and are healthy.

If you really want to play up a feature (rather than hide another), I think the Costume Goddess (go and google her!) has some awesome suggestions, but perhaps you look amazing anyway!!
