Dear Didemfan,

The best training you could do is "how to feel good about yourbody". I am sure you are a very beautiful person Didemfan!!. I look at myself and say to myself I have a perfect body because I have two eyes that can see, 2 ears that can hear and a mouth that can talk and arm and legs that can move and everything else at right places and functioning. I am thankful that I have it all. Pls pls don't be too concerend about your shoulders. Bellydancing is the only dance that is for all shapes, ages and sizes. It is a good thing to excercise, stretch and tone to make things look better, feel good and get healthier. I am dancer and I have a pear shape. I am not consious of it but I use to mention to my fellow dancers about it. My mom said this to me once "if they don't notice to comment about it and you don't either. By doing this you are saying to others as if you have some sort of body disorder. Don't bring unnecessary attention to anything that doesn't deserve" I was 16 then. That was the last time I talked about my lower half!LOL Feel beautiful and dance beautiful!!! Mind is a powerful thing and learn to use the power it has.
