I have watched heaps of YouTube clips - and it doesn't take long before I started to pick out what I liked of each dancer.

i totally agree! i am focusing on learning basic moves and lots & lots of body toning right now. I need to loose some babyfat from my last child 2yrs ago that never went away

i really like to watch the egyptian style dancing but the tribal seems much more slower and calmer to me. I think its a better place to start for me. Hopefully with a bit of practice and experience i'll be able to do & feel more comfortable with the egyptian style...its my goal
