I also think if I lose some of the extra weight it will help a lot. I know the extra weight can't be good for my heel.

PS: Have you thought about buying dance sneakers, orthotics might fit in a dance sneaker. I have been wearing the dance sneaker bloch, which help me to be able to dance again.
