so who wants to have a "competition" between us???
& what should it be???
& what will we "win" (besides strength & confidience???)
I personally "fell off the wagon" & gained 5-7 pounds the past month (actually my class ended for summer.... 4 hours of bellydance a week... replaced with nothing!)......
right now I am SOOOOO sick but expect to bounce back in a day or 2.... so my mind is a bit foggy/soggy!.....
but I think my goal needs to be to lose 10lbs by 8/8!
I know HOW.... just need to get off my butt & do it!!!!?
(& maybe (hint/hint/hint) a "work-out"/weight loss buddy to keep me on track/accountable)!!!!
who wants to put in a goal for 8/8?????
