Snap, that was partly my reason too, I have a top that I would love to wear but too self concious of the tummy and flabby arms.
I've tried the home things and jogging and doing weight work and counting calories etc but I think it didn't work for me was because I got to easily distracted, I can't turn the phone off because of the work it brings in, the children etc so this way I go to the gym and that is it, I make the most of the time I have there because there are no distractions and the amount of money it cost, I make sure I get my moneys' worth. I can use the pool , the gym or the excercise classes or all of them if I had the energy.
Thanks MiaMi , I hope to be able to proudly post pics of me when I've lost some inches and able to get in that top.
