hi Sara,
I atended this event a couple times when I lived in the UK and encourage you to go. I think you will have a great time!
As far as instructors on the list, the following are the ones I have studied with and can honestly recommend:
Sara Farouk -- She is a great instructor and has a nice way of presenting both technique and feeling. She often gives great translations to the songs she uses and presents them in such a way that you really feel that music.
Khaled Mahmoud -- He is amazing! Not only is he an excellent dancer and instructor, he is very sweet and encouraging to all his students. I think he has come up before on this forum (several people commented about what it is like to study with him. Luckily I think his name was in the subject line, so you may be able to search the archives.)
Tracey Gibbs -- She is also amazing. Though based in Manchester, she has traveled and studies extensively so she really knows her stuff. She has excellent technique and a passion for this dance.
You can't go wrong with any of the three I mentioned, based on the 3-5 workshops I have taken with each of them. There are a few on the list I have not studied with and would love to, but I can't comment on what they are like. It looks like you have some great options-- I think I am turning green with envy!
