Your leatherwork is lovely, and would work well for some fusion and gothic dancers.

I think most belly dancers wouldn't be able to use it in public performance, though. Most of us have enough problems with the audience over-sexualizing our art form. It wouldn't help matters to start wearing fetish gear.
