Respectfully, that is not true de Sage.
Skin stretches...plenty of room for muscle and fat...
A healthy diet and exercise in addition to your dance practice will help reduce your total body fat (as we all know, there is no such thing as 'spot' reduction). If you lift weights, you'll burn more fat, as a muscular body burns more calories than one with less muscle mass.
